Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your laundry experience; if you are not 100% satisfied with your scent, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible products. Please ensure items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print and attach to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your Laundry Sauce products in their original box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
